All product prices are self-pickup prices, and they will be sold as current state upon purchase. Furniture can be picked up once full payment is settled.
Method 1 "Self-Pickup"
Customers are reminded to prepare their own tools for dismantlement, packaging and moving of furniture. Our technicians' tools shall not be lent.
Method 2 "Transportation Company"
For products needing dismantlement/packaging/assembly or products of certain weight, we strongly suggest customers to arrange experienced, reliable transportation party and assembly technicians to handle. Our company is not responsible for the problem caused by moving process or incorrect assembly. If necessary, we can also refer familiar transportation party contacts to customers for getting quotation directly.
Method 3 "Loading Furniture onto Truck on Behalf of Customer"
Our company can order truck on behalf of customer, customer can get the furniture on the truck and pay the fee to driver directly upon arrival. Customer has to pay attention to and bear the risk of accident or damage to the products during trasportation process, we strongly suggest customer to accompany throughout the whole process. Loading furniture onto truck on behalf of customer is restricted at around 10:30/18:30, depending on our manpower deployment that day, and free loading service is restricted to trucks with lifting tail gate.
In order to make sure that the delivery process is smooth and delightful, please read the following in detail:
Client has to make sure that the products can be moved in the lift and apartment smoothly. If there is any product that cannot be moved in, it will be left to the client to handle by himself/herself.
Client has to check the products by himself or herself, and confirm the condition and size of the products prior to payment. There might be +half an inch or -half an inch to the size of the product. Sold product cannot be refunded or exchanged, no matter it's picked up or not.
Client has to make full product payment prior to pick-up.
There is only 5-day free storage, please be reminded to make appointment with transportation party in advance, in order not to induce extra storage fee.
If pick-up date has to be changed, please inform our company at least two days prior to the original pick-up date.
In order to protect both parties' rights and interests, customer is suggested to accompany the transportation party from onsite pick-up to delivery. If there exists any damage/loss to the products after leaving our company, customer needs to claim the responsibility/compensation from the transportation party.
Customer is suggested to check the products upon arrival and assembly. If there is any doubt, customer has to raise the problem to the transportation party and assembly technicians, and get it solved on-the-spot right away.
